Technology Director (HK, PRC focus)

Introduction:
My client, a HK listed jewellery company is looking for the above position.
Responsibilities:
- Assess all technologies in the region, provide advice and offer solutions for improvements
- Manage the entire SDLC and establish metrics and management models that drive continuous improvement
- Ensure budgets, resources and schedules meet corporate requirements and annual milestones by adhering to financial and budgetary standards.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills aimed at providing the best outcome for the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above qualification in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
- 10 years of experience in overseeing IT team and managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Experience in retail enterprise is a MUST
- Analytical with sound communication skills, able to work effectively with different parties including vendor, business unit and technical staffs
- Good language skills both in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Able to travel to Mainland China
