Job Scope of Corporate/Fleet Account Manager                                                                                                                                                                

Criteria                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

         Class 3 Driving License is compulsory                                                                                                                                                                            

         Minimum Degree qualification, Mechanical Engineering would be an advantage                                                                                                                     

         Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in Automotive industry is preferred                                                                                                                                                     

         Ability to empathize 2 levels up and 2 levels down                                                                                                                                                                     

         Hardworking, service oriented and enjoy going the extra mile for customers                                                                                                                            

         Team worker with keen interest in cars                                                                                                                                                               

         Positive attitudes and meticulous in work                                                                                                                                                                        

         Confident and strong interpersonal rapport skills                                                                                                                                                                        

         Strong enthusiasm in MG brand and keen to learn the philosophy, history and the technology behind our range of MG EV vehicles                                                                       

         Ability to communicate in non-technical terms with customers with regards to USP of each MG EV model                                                                                        

         Articulate well and excellent customer service oriented

Responsibilities:

Job Description                                                                                                                                                                                                          

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

1.       Personnel Management

 

      Provide excellent customer service to customers for all MG EV models viz:          

      Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

      Communicate and manage Fleet Sales and operations staff well                                                                                                                                                                                      

                                                                                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

2.    Market Intelligence        

                                                                                                                                                                                               

      Knowledgeable on competitors specifications, OMV, VES, pricing and promotions against MG EV models

      Know the MG EV Pre-owned market, keeping objective of bringing up the MG EV resale value

      Keep abreast of the used car market, pre-owned MG EV and other makes in order to keep tap of transacted trade-in price and market trend and needs                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

3.   Planning  

                                                                                                                                                                                                           

      Assist the General Manager to deliver and enhance the Customers Excellent Experience in Showrooms and RoadShows and any other outdoor events

      Assist the General Manager to compile, update and provide a clear and concise format on customers feedback for General Manager to use as reference in handling customers objection, comparison and negotiations in future dealings and Sales training to Fleet Sales Consultants and presentation to Top Mgmt

      Assist the General Manager in setting and administering an annual fleet budget business plan

      Guide and assist to manage the day-to-day activities of the fleet sales consultants team

      Identify new business opportunities including securing appropriate partnerships and tenders to further the fleet sales vis-a-vis car rental and leasing, car sharing, private hire, Taxi companies, government bodies, corporate and embassies.

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

4.   Operations

 

      To provide a systematic and standard delivery of MG EV vehicles to customers explaining on the usage of the various functions available

      To ensure that monthly Sales order and registration KPIs are met

      To support in Showrooms and Road Shows by demonstrating and explaining product options and benefits to customers so as to enhance customers experience

      To conduct ad-hoc duties on market intelligence, gathering information when called upon

      To conduct telemarketing and test drive for existing and potential corporate/fleet customers                                                                               

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

5.   Logistic & Administration                                                                                                                                                                                               

      To monitor and handle product enquiry from customers

      To provide and update on leads, test drive and delivery reports and customers feedback

Requirements:

Proposed Remuneration package guideline

 

Basic Salary : $2,000 to $2,400 per month

Transport allowance include parking and fuel : $300 per month

Handphone subsidy : $80 per month

Vehicle commission per unit for Cat A models $500 and Cat B models $900

Volume sales incentives will be introduced from time to time

Special vehicle commission per unit for Tender projects will be made known before submission

 

Location : 23 Leng Kee Road, Singapore 159095, 2nd Floor MG office.

 

Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6 pm

 

Weekends and Public Holidays to be made available when required by customers on prior appointments.
