Introduction:
Our client is fortune 500 Japanese real estate luxury management global firm established more than 60 years ago.
Responsibilities:
Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Manage portfolio of existing leases
Evaluate and analyze tenants’ business performance as well as assisting to supervise tenants’ mid-long term performance
Establish and maintain excellent relationship with current & new tenants
Brand sourcing for the mall
Requirements:
Requirements:
Preferably with 2- 3 years relevant working experience in retail lease for up market shopping centre
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in real estate or equivalent
Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) that has leasing experience for upmarket retail space
Excellent knowledge and understanding of retail leasing for premium brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiating skills
