Introduction:

Country Sales Manager - Vietnam Execute an appropriate sales strategy, including the market prospection of new clients and segments, exploration and identification of new channels that will bring additional sales volumes and profitability. Team up with a multicultural stakeholders team within Group to execute and overachieve the sales targets and to lead the growth within Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

The main activities are:

  • Manage sales execution, deploying the correct actions to achieve the intertwined plan on demands, pricing, deadlines
  • Maintain and Improve commercial relationship with existing customers;
  • Expand penetration across different channels and Vietnam’s region
  • Develop partnerships with local stakeholders to support expansion on key accounts
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through product portfolio expansion in line with GTM for the country
  • Align the client portfolio with group strategy and goals, reducing intermediaries within the chain
  • Attend events as a brand ambassador, representing group brand in different meetings and social events;
  • Team up with multicultural team to organize internal procedures and execution;
  • Develop and execute an appropriate sales strategy in different channels (Retail, Foodservice, Distributors and Wholesalers);
  • Develop projects to enhance the results on the target channel and market segmentation, in accordance to Company strategy
  • Support Headquarters with market intelligence about the Vietnamese market.

Requirements:

Requirements

· Language: English and Vietnamese (Portuguese and Chinese are a plus)

· Adherence to the company´s values: determination, simplicity, availability, humility, sincerity, discipline & ownership. Team working approach

· Knowledge on foreign trade business – Export / Import documents and International regulations

· Degree in foreign trade, business administration, engineering or similar

· Background in the International Sales environment

· Capacity to read and manage complex and dynamic scenarios

· Knowledge of industrial process, specs and quality standards

· Analytical and Excel skills

· Knowledge/understanding of working with government/diplomatic entities

· Travel capability

· Be a team player and prepared to work in an multi-cultural environment
