Location: Thailand (Hybrid / Remote) Salary: THB 200,000 – 350,000 per month, plus attractive performance-based incentives and benefits package. Open to candidates of all nationalities who are eligible to work in Thailand or can obtain the necessary work authorization. About the Company Our client are a leading international engineering and construction organization specializing in industrial facilities, clean rooms, advanced manufacturing plants, data centers, and industrial park developments. As part of our continued expansion across Southeast Asia, they are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead business development initiatives in Thailand and support regional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and securing major construction and industrial facility projects throughout Thailand. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and generating new business opportunities across neighboring countries in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for Thailand and selected regional markets.
  2. Identify and pursue opportunities in industrial facilities, clean room construction, data centers, semiconductor plants, biomedical facilities, and new energy projects.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  4. Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, proposal preparation, tender participation, negotiation, and contract award.
  5. Monitor market trends, industry developments, government policies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional management teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  8. Support regional expansion initiatives and business opportunities across Southeast Asia when required.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or commercial leadership within the engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  3. Proven track record of winning tenders and securing industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
  4. Experience in clean room construction is highly preferred.
  5. Industry experience in semiconductor, biomedical, pharmaceutical, data center, industrial facility, or energy sectors will be a significant advantage.
  6. Extensive network within Thailand's construction, engineering, and industrial markets.
  7. Strong understanding of local bidding processes, procurement practices, and project development cycles.
  8. Fluent English communication skills are required.
  9. Thai and/or Chinese language skills would be advantageous.
  10. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently.
