2 OPENINGS AS QA Technician – Permanent Day & Night Shift \\r\\nIN Plastics Manufacturing MNC

Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
•             Basic understanding of practical quality assurance concepts such as AQL, 8D, GD&T, FMEA and SPC Certifications are an added advantage
•             Conduct FAI (First Article Inspection), CP/CPK (Capabilities Process) measurement on mold parts
•             Able to work in a team of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Personnel to maintain the consistency and reliability of the products produce in the factory
•             Support IPQC (In-process Quality Control( measurement using CMM (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine)/ Smart scope

Requirements:
•             Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation
•             Ability to operate CMM, smart scope and interpret mechanical engineering/technical Drawings
•             Must be able to speak English
•             Handling First Article Inspection
•             Minimum 1 year experience on handling Coordinate Measuring machine/Smartscope or equivalent machines
•             2 to 3 years experiences as QC Technician.
