Introduction:
Our client is leading provider of Intellectual Property (IP) and Innovation Consulting Services.
Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondencGeneral Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Meeting and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage bookings for travel plans for senior executives of the Department
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations
- Note taking and follow-up: Assist executive in taking notes of Board of Directors meetings, clients meeting, external and internal parties meeting. Follow up on all the recipients tasks
- Team Support: Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in project management and team supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and Thai
- At least 2-3 years of Administrative and Executive Assistant work experiences. (in law firm or in-house legal department) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) and Innovation Consulting Services is an advantage.
