Location: Amata city, Chonburi
1. Responsible for all job HR function (Employee Relation /Recruitment /Training /Payroll and General Administration)
2. Manage and support of employees disciplinary proceeding including supervising all company regulations.
3. Oversee Human Resources policies, Company procedures, and Labour laws.
4. Design and implement employee benefits programs by assessing benefit needs and trends; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and awarding benefit contracts
5. Counselling employees concerning a work-related problems or issues
6. Lead employee relations activities and employee engagement program.
1. Male/Female, Age 35-50 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Law, Human resource, or related fields.
3. At least 5 years of experience in HR management with strong experience in BOI
4. Strong Leadership, Problem solving decision.
5. Able to communicate in Chinese (HSK level 4 or above)
6. Computer literacy in MS Office
7. Willing to work Monday Saturday is a must.
