Planning & Call center(Customer Service) Manager
Job descriptions
1.Facilitate and distribute official Price List/ Contracts/ Payment term/ DBs information periodically.
1.1 Managing and preparing the important data/ information to be kept internally or distributed externallyas schedule.
1.2 Maintain and provide official data for reference to related departments.
2.To monitor the data summary including Monthly Report, Weekly report, Daily report and significantreports.2.1 Supporting the senior management team to keep recording and monitoring acheivement of salestarget on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
2.2 Prepare reports for all activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements inperformance.
3.Support and collaborate with DBs for developing parts business in their particular country.
3.1 Regularly understand DB/ End user's Market climate and DB company profile by partcular country orfor new business initiatives.
3.2 Strengthen business relationship with DB/ End user customers.
4.To coordinate with relate departments (internal and external)
4.1 Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing in all existing products to support sales and Distributorsfor marketing expansion.
4.2 Participate in related meetings on concern topics.
4.3 Controlling system administrator including P-Mates, P-Wins, Komtrax registration for internal andexternal.
5.To participate the improvement/ project training of internal and external.
5.1 Participate in project training or improvement plan.
5.2 Coaching each other and train colleque in various system/ multi skills.
6.To monitor the administration job including PR, Billing Reimbursement, Annual souvenirs and etc.
6.1 Monitor and control the process of each administrator job.
6.2 Process flow requirement and analyze all cooperate working of supply chain team.
7.Other assignment/ Initiatives project
7.1 Leads and participates in strategic project
-Minimum 10 years of working experience in related industry.
-Bachelors degree in business administration or related fields.
-Knowledge - Theory / Procedure
-Knowledge of construction business or related.
-Understanding of business strategy planning.
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Advance in computer application such as MS Office, Access, Power BI
