We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an HR & Administration Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR and administrative processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:


HR Responsibilities:

       Conducting screening and interviews during the recruitment process.

       Summarizing candidate assessments to assist in decision-making.

       Creating and managing hiring agreements for new employees.

       Maintaining accurate and organized employee data files for both permanent and contract staff.

       Preparing payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

       Distributing pay slips promptly to employees.

       Overseeing temporary staff, including managing overtime, leave, and contract extensions.

       Liaising with government departments such as labor and immigration for visa and work permit processes for expatriates.

       Administering English proficiency tests to candidates prior to submission to clients.


Administrative Responsibilities:

       Managing the delivery and distribution of mail and packages.

       Collaborating with accounting firms to provide necessary documentation for financial reporting.

       Creating and presenting quotations and costing sheets for clients.

       Generating and submitting invoices for contract jobs.

       Managing petty cash and overseeing payments for office facilities.

       Welcoming guests and candidates to the office in a professional and hospitable manner.

       Arranging facilities to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.

       Serving as a receptionist and handling incoming phone calls.

       Monitoring office supplies and ensuring timely replenishment.

       Providing support to the management team and collaborating with the recruitment team to achieve team goals.


The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in English.
