Introduction:

Performing financial, operational, compliance, and special audits on the companys business to identify risks and controls that may have an impact on the integrity of reported financial information or the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the adequacy of the internal controls process to ensure alignment with policies and enhance the company's J-SOX activities.
2. Manage J-SOX and operational audit assignments, involving planning, communication with auditees, execution of work assignments, development of audit programs, preparation of audit fieldwork, generation of audit reports, and presentation to the head of Internal Audit.
3. Assist the head of Internal Audit in coordinating J-SOX and internal audit activities with the regional headquarters and the parent company.
4. Draft internal audit reports recommending preventive, detective, and corrective controls, emphasizing continuous improvement.
5. Conduct follow-up audits to verify the proper implementation of prior recommendations.
6. Undertake assignments delegated by the head of Internal Audit, providing business advice, conducting special reviews, and supporting the business on specific issues.
7. Take responsibility for any other related assignments from superiors or top management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Internal Control Major: Accounting and Business Administration
2. 5-8 years in internal audit or external audit
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Strong command of the English language (Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous)
5. Effective communication and presentation skills
6. Strong background in accounting and internal control
7. Good planning and root cause analysis abilities
8. Specialist Course: Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner
