Job Description

1. Manage and control of customer complaint handling including investigation and analysis.

2. Maintain master lists of non-conformities, validate their analysis and follow the progress of their corrective and preventive action.

3. Maintain and follow up of the corrective action from the decision to open them to the follow-up of their progress and evaluation of their effectiveness.

4. Manage and controlled all the controlled changes of plant and coordinate their implementation with the other department.

5. Quality monthly report presentation to organization.

6. Other job as supervisor assigned



Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.

Male or Female aged 30-40 years

Minimum 5-10 years working experience in quality assurance ,quality management in manufacturing company

Proficient in Microsoft office

Good in English

Good command in Japanese, JLPT N2 is requires, Have JLPT certificate also acceptable

Knowledge and understanding ISO 9001:2015 systems with certificate

High analytical with problem solving skill and able to work under pressure.
