Business: Petrochemical Industry

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for developing and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of the reliability and sustainability of the E & I and Process Control programs for this large and complex chemical processing facility.

·         Deliver strategic improvements in reliability and maintenance performance.

·         Consistency with all safety and environmental standards.

·         Sustainable process control configurations.

·         Excellent partnership with the production department.

·         Motivated and capable I&E and technicians to support both daily needs and strategic improvements.

·      Develop, implement, and monitor programs that drive the reliability performance of I&E and process control equipment throughout the site, such as PM programs, equipment reliability strategies, top opportunity lists, turnaround frequency and duration, and so on.

·         Introduce appropriate reliability techniques and practices focused on identifying and preventing asset failure or significant performance deterioration.

 

Requirements:

·         A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Preferred: Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation)

·         A minimum of ten years of experience in maintenance and/or operations in the chemical, petrochemical, refining, or energy industries is required.

·         A minimum of 3 years’ experience of people leadership experience with proven performance management and development skills

·         Capability to improve the reliability performance of a specific asset base or equipment type.

·         Working knowledge of maintenance work processes, including maintenance management systems, effectiveness metrics, etc.

·         Working understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques, as well as best practices

·         Understanding of Safety Instrumented Systems programs and practices in an industrial setting

·         Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing, and presentation skills.
