Introduction:

Business: Paper and Packaging Solution

Responsibilities:


• Regularly visit customer, production supervision, provide efficiency record and service report, build up and keep good relationship with customer.
• Support customer production by maintaining machine run at high efficiency
• Responsible for installation, trouble shooting, maintenance, modification, finetune with high standard quality for both program and mechanical
• Responsible for Factory acceptance test, customer acceptance test for new packing machine
• Engineering support for SEA region for commissioning and maintenance
• Provide technical training and technical support to customer
• Develop the preventive maintenance plan and work with customer for the spare parts stocking
• Manage field service engineer team
• Closely work with account manager to continue to improve the customer satisfaction

Requirements:


• 5 – 8 years’ field service working, include machine installation and commissioning experiences, prefer beverage / food / dairy product industrial background.
• Automation or engineering background with bachelor’s degree, familiar with Rexroth MLC or Siemens S7-300 series will be good.
• Can speak and write in English
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and interesting in technical job
