Responsibilities:

Job Description:  

•     Create and implement strategic sales and marketing

•     Prepare sales proposals, negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets

•     Ensure that sales growth is in line with business and customer service strategies

•     Present new product positioning and business to the most profitable markets

•     Manage distribution channel and sales team to meet company goal

•     Provide trade event, training, market survey and maintain good relationship with clients

•     Provide technical and strategic leadership and direct supervision to the other sales team

 

Requirements:

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred Automotive Engineering background

·        Minimum 6 years, proven track record in enterprise sales and/or business development

·        Expertise in both Automotive Aftermarket and OEM

·        Solid sales planning with sound commercial acumen

·        Previous major account selling experience and distributor development, channel management are required

·        Effective communication skills in both written and verbal

·        Good communicable in English and Japanese speaking is a plus

·        Strong presentation and influencing skills
