QMS Systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides this person will be required to provide overall leadership that ensures and includes:
Develop strategy and systems to achieve quality organization and objectives set out in company policy and strategy.
Create, implement, update QMS documentation, Systems and procedures to fully address customer requirements, customer audits, and organizational requirements both internally and externally.
Introduce and implement new systems and procedures to improve and optimize quality, process control, meeting customer expectations, lower costs, increase market share, facilitate training, reduce wastage.
Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of Procedures
Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS, Safety, Health, Environment, Energy
Ensure corrective actions and preventive actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found.
Hold quarterly audit performance meetings within the business and with Certification Bodies
Implement all relevant procedures and ensure ongoing compliance described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and other quality standards.
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Ensure products are produced with good quality at optimal cost of quality
Conduct performance appraisal for direct reports and ensure improvement with overall quality of product and service
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Field.
Total experience 5 years in Management level
Strong systems, process and best practices experience.
Good command of both written and spoken in English
Work experience in global international company is preferred.
Strong in computer skills i.e. MS Office, searching online, preparing report.
Knowledge of ISO9001/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 required
Strong leadership and commitment to work for higher achievement
Positive & Creative thinking with good communicate to all levels
Can do attitude with strong team player
