Introduction:

Location: Chonburi Salary: 50,000 THB. Work day: Monday – Friday Our client is the Manufacturer of metal crate for rent globally . Now, our client is seeking a potential candidate for the position of Quality Control who can Communicate well in English and graduate from engineering field.

Responsibilities:

•        Starting new warehouse and training and instructions.
•        Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment
•       Handles internal and external quality issues and drives timely and effective corrective actions.
•       Visit End-users site to solve issues on quality concerns, follow up on non-conformance statements
•       Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
•       Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
•       Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
•       Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
•       Feedback of supplier or end-user claims and participation in their treatment
•       Participation in the analysis of customer and end-user claims
•       Evaluation of visits to customer, suppliers and sub-contractors
•       Respect of general rules of life and of health and safety instructions in the workplace
•       Taking theoretical and practical training courses for health and safety in the workplace  
•         Participation with the evaluation of professional risks and with the exercises linked to health and safety in the workplace

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
• Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Excellent project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.       
• Knowledge of Quality Standard and Safety Compliance is required.
• ASQ certification (ISO 9000 , ISO 9001 , ISO14001 ) would be advantages
