Introduction:

Our client is the Manufacturer of Automotive part company. Now, our client is seeking a potential candidate in the position of Engineering Assistance Manager to taking care of the New Model.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation of the department's operational plans
• Set up the strategic and operational plan of the 
• Assist and support the department manager, supervise, manage, and perform as assigned.
• Responsible for team feasibility Study and analysis 
• Coordinate with the marketing team to meet customer requirement 
• Control and examine for SCS Drawing according to customer requirements
• Participate in Trial with APQP Team and meeting summary of Trial
• Check the required documents in production such as
• SCS Drawing, BOM.
• Liaise with the manufacturer and Client
• Study and research to develop update new products to be market demand
• Support for VA/VE Project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields e.g. Industrial, Production, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry
• Good English Communication , Analytical thinking and Team Management Skill
• Knowledge about the standard of JIS, DIN, EN, ISO 9000, IATF16949, ISO 14001
• Proficient in Solid Works, Auto CAD, Simufact
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Good knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, Cost Structure, Budget,
