Responsibilities:

• Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
• Organizing and maintaining documents, records, and files.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Conduct data entry tasks across various platforms with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage online and in-person bank transactions, including bill payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Act as a liaison with government offices for document processing.
• Run office errands on an as-needed basis, such as purchasing office supplies, making deliveries, and handling miscellaneous tasks to support daily operations.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and documents.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in office administration, data entry, or related roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
