Introduction:

Provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support in maintenance and administration of IT server/storage infrastructure
2. Provide hardware and software installation, patch update and upgrade
3. Monitor the performance of the infrastructure and performance
4. Manage system security as per security policies and standards
5. Conduct problem analysis and liaise with other team to resolve issue
6. Maintain system documentation and asset inventory management
7. Responsible for the implementation of infrastructure related projects

Requirements:

1. Possess a bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Studies or related disciplines is preferred
2. 5 years or above solid working experience in related field is preferred
3. Technical knowledge and experience with the following:
4. Administration of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and File Service
5. Administration of Linux servers and applications including Bind, Apache, SSH
6. Nutanix HCI and VMware ESXi
7. Veeam Backup Solutions or similar backup solution
8. Scripting such as shell scripts or PowerShell
9. Banking industry experience is at an advantage
10. Fast learner, able to learn new technologies swiftly
11. Demonstrated strong problem solving ability
12. Self-motivated, strong self-discipline, and possess proactive working attitude
13. Good team player
14. Good communication and interpersonal skills
