Shipping and Customer Services Officer (L/C documents)
Introduction:
Our client, a well established Steel and Metals Trading/Manufacturing (MNC) is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping/banking documents in conformity with L/Cs and/or Sales Contracts
- Work with different parties of managing the whole contract administration process for orders; start from receiving an order confirmation from trader to settlement happens.
- L/C issuance and amendments
- Follow-up with banks/customers/overseas offices to ensure documents are properly handled and maintain a good filing system
- Office administrative duties
- Ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- 3 years or above experience in handling order administration and full set I/E shipping for trading/manufacturing industry
- Familiar with L/C documents
- MS Office
