Senior HR & Admin
Introduction:
- Manage HRM and HRD work
- Take care of organizing payroll work
- Coordinate with ADMIN to manage other aspects of work.
- Management/coordination of welfare employee benefits
- Create good relationships between the company and employees.
- Preparing/checking employee information to make salary
- Contacting / coordinating / sending reports to various government agencies
Responsibilities:
- Have experience in HRD / HRM / time attendant-payroll / labor law / factory law for at least 5 years
- Have the ability to prepare reports to present at meetings.
- Have the ability to use various programs (Microsoft Office, ERP)
- Able to communicate in English at a communication level
- Able to travel to work in various branches of the company
