Introduction:

• Manage HRM and HRD work
• Take care of organizing payroll work
• Coordinate with ADMIN to manage other aspects of work.
• Management/coordination of welfare employee benefits
• Create good relationships between the company and employees.
• Preparing/checking employee information to make salary
• Contacting / coordinating / sending reports to various government agencies

Responsibilities:

• Have experience in HRD / HRM / time attendant-payroll / labor law / factory law for at least 5 years
• Have the ability to prepare reports to present at meetings.
• Have the ability to use various programs (Microsoft Office, ERP)
• Able to communicate in English at a communication level
• Able to travel to work in various branches of the company
