Introduction:

A banking association is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Administration Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor a small team to provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support, e.g. Office renovation/maintenance, office supplies, office safety etc.
• Incoming and outgoing email management
• Update regular reports and records
• Assist in organizing company events and activities
• Assist in ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience 
• Proficiency in MSW and Excel
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail minded
• Stable work history
