My client, one of the diversified business companies and they are looking for a Secretary support to Legal Department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities for provide secretarial & administrative support to inhouse lawyers
• Organize and maintain database and library resources, documents and case files
• Proofread and edit legal documents

Requirements:

• At least 4 years secretarial support experience, preferably in law firm or inhouse legal or company secretary department.
• Excellent command of written/ spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
