Secretary to Legal department
Introduction:
My client, one of the diversified business companies and they are looking for a Secretary support to Legal Department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities for provide secretarial & administrative support to inhouse lawyers
- Organize and maintain database and library resources, documents and case files
- Proofread and edit legal documents
Requirements:
- At least 4 years secretarial support experience, preferably in law firm or inhouse legal or company secretary department.
- Excellent command of written/ spoken English & Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Dental insurance

- Performance bonus
- Five-day work week
