Responsibilities:

Job Description: 

       Capture and maintain customer demand forecasts in the SAP system for both short- and long-term sales processes as required by the sales team.

       Compile and analyze sales data, preparing comprehensive sales reports.

       Research and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and market movements as assigned.

       Provide routine administrative support to the sales team as necessary.

Requirements:

       Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

       Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or sales support are encouraged to apply.

       Moderate to good command of English.

       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

       Service-oriented with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.

       Quick learner, proactive, capable of team collaboration, well-organized, and solution-oriented.
