Introduction:
Manufacturers of packaging materials for automotive parts, electrical appliances, and furniture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand the customer base, with a strong focus on industrial and manufacturing clients.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both domestic and international customers.
- Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and customer needs to develop appropriate sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure products and services are delivered according to customer specifications and timelines.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analyses for senior management review.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector, leveraging existing customer networks when applicable.
Requirements:
- Age 25 years or above.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Manufacturing Sales (factory-related products, machinery, raw materials, OEM, B2B).
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team will be highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and work off-site as required.
- Existing customer base within the industrial/manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Solid understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
- Experience selling industrial products such as factory components, machinery, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions.
