Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Introduction:

Manufacturers of packaging materials for automotive parts, electrical appliances, and furniture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, plan, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  2. Manage and expand the customer base, with a strong focus on industrial and manufacturing clients.
  3. Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both domestic and international customers.
  4. Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and customer needs to develop appropriate sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure products and services are delivered according to customer specifications and timelines.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analyses for senior management review.
  8. Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous business growth.
  9. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector, leveraging existing customer networks when applicable.


Requirements:

  1. Age 25 years or above.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / Manufacturing Sales (factory-related products, machinery, raw materials, OEM, B2B).
  4. Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team will be highly advantageous.
  5. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written.
  7. Ability to travel to meet clients and work off-site as required.
  8. Existing customer base within the industrial/manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
  9. Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, and ability to perform well under pressure.
  10. Solid understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
  11. Experience selling industrial products such as factory components, machinery, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions.
