Introduction:
Business: Manufacturer and distributor of packaging and paper-based products
Salary: 150 – 200K
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth.
- Manage, maintain, and expand the customer base, with a primary focus on industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both domestic and international clients; conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close sales.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and define effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure products and services are delivered in line with customer requirements and agreed timelines.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage existing industry networks and client relationships to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sales (e.g., machinery, factory components, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work off-site as required.
- Existing customer base within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Solid understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.
Experience selling industrial products such as machinery, components, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions is essential
