Introduction:

Business: Manufacturer and distributor of packaging and paper-based products Salary: 150 – 200K

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth.
  2. Manage, maintain, and expand the customer base, with a primary focus on industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  3. Build and strengthen relationships with both domestic and international clients; conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close sales.
  4. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and enhancing team capabilities.
  5. Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and define effective sales strategies.
  6. Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and related departments to ensure products and services are delivered in line with customer requirements and agreed timelines.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  8. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Leverage existing industry networks and client relationships to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing sales (e.g., machinery, factory components, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions).
  3. Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team is highly preferred.
  4. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both spoken and written.
  5. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to travel frequently and work off-site as required.
  7. Existing customer base within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
  8. Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  9. Solid understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes.

Experience selling industrial products such as machinery, components, raw materials, OEM, or B2B solutions is essential
