Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities in the textile and coating industry, focusing on securing new business (95% of the role).
• Identify and approach potential customers, develop sales strategies, and build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends to keep the company competitive.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting sales performance and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and provide regular updates to the General Manager (GM).
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the textile or coating industry.
• Strong business development skills with a focus on finding and acquiring new customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings in various provinces.
