Introduction:

Our client is a global leader in logistics and delivery solutions, offering services such as freight exports and imports, and express delivery, with a robust operational network spanning Asia, the US, and beyond. They are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the sales team based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

Market Opportunities and Revenue Growth: Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams to drive business growth. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.

Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the sales team.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research and Strategy Refinement: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Utilize data and analytics to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales efforts.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in the delivery, logistics, or transportation industry is highly desirable.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
