Introduction:

An top tier E&M service provdier is seeking for a project admin

Responsibilities:

1. To report and support Account Manager in all account related support functions
2. Responsible for daily accounting work including A/R and A/P
3. Prepare vouchers, invoices and checks daily
4. Assisting in annual audit
5. Manage supplier and customer account database; in internal IT and ERP System
6. Maintain account documents in good order
7. Perform data analysis relevant to sales and budget breakdown

Requirements:

1. Form 5 or above with LCCI Level II
2. At least 2 years relevant experience in accounting functions
3. Having accounting experience in Engineering Projects Industry is preferable
4. Good communication skills
5. Proficiency in PC operations: Email, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
6. Good command of English and Chinese
7. Detail-minded, self-initiative, hardworking and capable to work under pressure
