Regional Sales Manager (Hospitality) - Singapore Job Brief We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within Singapore for our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase
revenue for the hospitality business.
Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event management teams to align
sales strategies with business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Attend industry events and maintain knowledge of market trends to stay ahead
of the competition.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality
industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
