Introduction:

Our client, a dynamic Real Estate Investment group in Hong Kong, is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst/ Associate position, based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on real estate markets, identifying trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Analyze demographic and economic data to support investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and investments.
• Perform cash flow analysis, profitability assessments, and valuation of properties.
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including reviewing legal documents, financial statements, and property reports.
• Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive analysis.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, providing insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with senior analysts, asset managers, and other team members to support investment initiatives and strategies.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
• 2-10 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related field; internships will be considered.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with real estate analysis software is preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques and investment analysis is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
