Program Manager
-Communicate with customers on the project plan, miles stones, delivery dates etc. with the support of Engineering and Production Planning department.
-Track any changes to the approved scope of work.
-Monitor OTD and Quality performance.
-Establish a project budget, plan the resources, and define a project schedule.
-Track the project cost, Engineering hours and overall cost.
-Review, understand and communicate the customer requirements.
-Establish cost prices for parts and sales price in cooperation with the Sales department & GM’s.
-Verify calculated cost prices are met.
-Supplier selection and price negotiations with the support of Purchasing department.
-Anything the General Manager of Program Management deems necessary.
-At least 3-years’ experience in operations or engineering.
-Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and work independently with minimum supervision.
-Able to work collaborative with individuals in the organization in a team environment.
-Good in English communication both written, spoken.
-Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
