Introduction:

Production Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Review the production plan for each production lot, calculate manpower and work completion schedules, report production issues to the manager, and resolve on-site problems.
• Ensure that product manufacturing meets company standards and policies.
• Control daily work output to align with actual production.
• Ensure that work records are properly documented and organized for future reference.
• Train employees on work processes, ensure cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
• Conduct employee training according to the department's training plan and schedule.
• Prepare accurate production reports, ensuring the quantity matches actual production and all documentation is complete and aligned with the system.
• Address customer complaints and analyze results to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Knowledge and understanding of 5S practices.
• Flexible working hours.
• At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Knowledge of ISO, work documentation, training, inspection, and auditing procedures.
