Introduction:

Location: Bowin, Si Racha, Chon Buri Salary: 120,000 – 160,000 THB Working Days: 6 Days per week

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end production process and electronics assembly to consistently achieve Quality, Delivery, and Inventory (QDI) targets.
2. Manage production scheduling and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
3. Uphold ISO 9001 standards and implement robust quality control procedures.
4. Champion Lean Manufacturing principles (One Piece Flow, Standard WIP, 5S) and conduct regular "Genba Walks" to audit safety and visual controls.
5. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Management, preferably within the Electronics, HDD, Semiconductor, or Power Tool industries.
3. Proven track record of success within an international business environment.
4. Strong expertise in electronics assembly, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, and RCA methodologies.
5. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, coaching, and motivational skills.
6. Proficiency in English or Mandarin is required.
