Operation Officer (Supply Chain)
Introduction:
Our client, a Pharmaceuticals Trading Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned job. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Supply chain and order management
- Preparing month end reports
- Checking I/E shipping documents and invoice
- Stock allocation
- Liaise with overseas suppliers and China customers
- Market: China
Requirements:
- F.6 graduate or Diploma holder
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- 5 years of supply chain experience in Trading or Manufacturing Company
- Experienced in Import/Export documentation (e.g. preparing invoices, packing list,
- shipping documents, and handling LC documents, etc.) preferred, but not a must
- MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Mature with positive working attitude
- Smart, well-organized and self-motivated
