Job Description They are seeking a Master / Senior Master to join their team, a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Micat vessel, while maintaining high safety standards and fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications: * Minimal STCW 95, MC 4 (<35m near coastal) * MED 1, will consider MED 2 with strong engineering knowledge * Pilot Exemption for the Micat vessel * Forklift licence

Responsibilities:

Key Highlights of the Role:

* Leadership in Navigation & Safety: Safe operation of the vessel, compliance with maritime regulations, and emergency preparedness.

* Maintenance & Reporting: Overseeing preventative maintenance, vessel inspections, and maintaining detailed records via an online system.

* Customer Service Leadership: Setting the tone for high standards of courtesy and professionalism onboard.
