Responsibilities:

1. Receive and coordinate customer orders from clients or the sales team.
2. Accompany the sales team to visit customers and provide Thai–Chinese / Chinese–Thai interpretation.
3. Present and introduce products to customers.
4. Prepare quotations and related sales documents.
5. Plan and support marketing promotion activities.
6. Prepare and manage marketing tools and materials, especially Chinese-language support.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in spoken, reading, and written Chinese, with a focus on communication skills (HSK Level 4 or above).
3. At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination is preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Positive attitude, honest, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
6. Energetic personality with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
7. Able to commute using a private vehicle, as the company does not provide transportation.
