Introduction:

Our client is a well-established and listed electronics and electrical manufacturing corporation with production facilities in China and overseas. Currently we are inviting a solid and experienced individual to join the team to drive the overall operational excellence and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop manufacturing production strategy covering customer experience delivery to achieve the highest satisfaction targets.

·         Direct, manage and monitor the overall performance of manufacturing production to increase efficiency and maximize performance and profit.

·         Effective liaise and support all departments especially supply chain, quality, sales and finance.

·         Interact with customers and suppliers directly related to production schedule, shipment and quality, etc. 

·         Direct, maintain and improve measuring activities and provide feedback for the continuous improvement system e.g., Industrial 4.0. Lean Manufacturing.

·         Deploy internal systems to manage activities, functions, analysis and documentation.

·         Provide expertise to support other departments in production-related area.

·         Participate in recruitment, training, key performance management and review to ensure employees are motivated and satisfied with high retention rate.

·         Maintain accurate records and production status reporting on a weekly basis

·         Empower and delegate responsibility to the team with supervision, accountability and review.

·         Set a good example for the team with strong commitment and work ethics.

·         Control expenses and manage the budget for the division growth.

·         Represent the company to collaborate with different authorities.  

Requirements:

To succeed, applicants should be graduated from disciplines of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines with over 10 years of a proven record of success in a similar manufacturing environment alongside a proven ability in manufacturing and production management and control at a senior level.  An in-depth knowledge of Industrial 4.0, lean manufacturing and six sigma, with experience in ISO13485 or FDA requirements and high ability to communicate technical terms and drive the entire operations to the overall efficiency.

We are looking for a qualified leader who possesses the highest degree of integrity and professional ethics with a strong customer-interfacing ability and possesses a continuous improvement mindset to enrich the overall customer experience.  Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
