Logistics Coordinator
Introduction:
Our client, a global leader in visual environment technologies with sectors including theatrical & live event entertainment lighting, rigging and specified architectural lighting is looking for a high calibre to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with forwarding agents to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process
- Deal with US factory and Taiwan/China Agencies
- Prepare purchase orders
- Assist with SAP Material Master maintenance
- Export documentation for all shipments
- 13 months salary + performance bonus & quarterly bonus
- 10 days annual leave
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 3 years of experience in logistics arrangement
- MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing
- Able to work independently
