Introduction:

My client is a listed company location in Tai Po and they are looking for Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on drafting, reviewing and editing documents and contracts in relation to the business of the company;
• To handle, assist and/or coordinate the handling of litigation, arbitration or other legal proceedings;
• To conduct legal research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
• Process contract negotiation and compliance related matters
• Handle various legal related matters
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in law from HK or overseas
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• At least 2-3 years working experience gained in law firm or listed company is preferable but not mandatory
• Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of contracts is preferred
• Good team player, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and independently
