Introduction:

My client, one of Europe's largest logistics services provides and they are looking for a Legal Administration Specialist Asia Pacific as following:-

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide support for the Legal Department in Asia Pacific Regional Head Office, coordinating legal documents with our branches across APAC countries.
• Support the Legal Manager on general corporate legal matters i.e. providing corporative compliances/administrative support to offices in the Region.
• Able to handle all operational licenses and business registration renewal with proper and accurate data/info for offices in Asia Pacific region.
• Arrange dispatch of documents and inquiry and seek signatories.
• Maintain good order of insurance policies for offices in liaison with head office in Germany
• Build and maintain good filing system for the Legal Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
• 3 years experience solid legal experience in logistics / freight forwarder or shipping industry
• Associate member of HKCGI/ICSA or equivalent
• Hands-on experiences of communications with China offices.
• Sound writing skills and ability to prepare internal/external correspondence independently in both Chinese and English
• Dedicated, organized and detail minded
• Independent, self-motivated, meticulous and flexible
• Good business sense with good communication, coordination, organizational and time management skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing)
