Introduction:

Objective: expanding the organisation's market presence, fostering relationships with clients, and developing innovative strategies to meet sales targets and objectives. maintain and grow existing relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, and help the business grow. maintaining and building strategic partnerships, driving revenue generation for the company and identifying new opportunities to increase sales

Responsibilities:

Candidate Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain business relationship with assigned key accounts for long term partnership and revenue growth
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  3. Coordinate with key stakeholders to drive new business development and implementation.
  4. Conduct regular business review meeting to ensure operation excellence and customer experience.
  5. Upsell/ cross-sell to expand the revenue profile and share of wallet.
  6. Identify potential markets, industries and segments for business expansion in China / overseas markets.
  7. Engaging in indoor sales activities and identifying new markets and market needs.
  8. Build a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities based on new business target.
  9. Evaluating customer requests and market demands, collaborating internally with the DS and Ops teams.
  10. Gathering feedback from wider team and conducting analysis before working with internal partners on new product setup and cost enhancement possibilities.

Requirements:

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Degree holder in Business, Logistics or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years key account management and development, preferably in logistics / transportation industry.
  3. Familiar with the cross-border eCommerce industry is an added advantage.
  4. Solid new business sales experience.
  5. Experience in CRM, key account management.
  6. Excellent personality with positive, pro-active mindset.
  7. Self-starter and customer centric.
