Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, etc.).  
3. Identify and prospect new clients within the automotive industry.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (product development, engineering, marketing) to align customer requirements and product offerings.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
7. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
8. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.  
2. Proven success in sales management within the automotive industry (precision electronics or automotive components preferred).
3. Strong understanding of automotive electronics technologies and market dynamics.
4. Established network within the automotive industry.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Results-oriented with the ability to exceed sales targets.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Fluency in Japanese and English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
9. Willingness to travel.
