Responsibilities:

1. Develop and drive Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) strategies that support business objectives.
2. Design and implement talent development programs, including succession planning, career development, and employee retention initiatives.
3. Lead performance and talent management processes, including talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
4. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and create effective learning solutions.
5. Develop and manage onboarding and employee development programs to enhance workforce capability.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs based on business needs and employee feedback.
7. Promote employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity, and leadership development initiatives.
8. Coordinate with external training providers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning programs.
9. Monitor training records, development plans, and learning compliance.
10. Lead or participate in HR and organizational development projects that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions.
3. Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
4. Strong knowledge of talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee learning strategies.
5. Experience working in multinational or cross-functional environments is highly preferred.
6. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
7. Able to work independently, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
8. Good command of English (spoken and written).
