Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with managers to determine organizational training requirements.
  3. Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) and identify gaps in employee skills.
  4. Track employee training records, maintain training facilities, and manage the assigned department budget.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
  6. Maintain training records and provide regular progress reports.
  7. Coordinate with the department development skill of Thailand.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training.
  9. Support the implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.
  10. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.

General HR and Administration:

  1. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  2. Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  4. Provide support to the leadership team and other departments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR support and services delivery.
  6. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address HR-Related challenges and opportunities.
  8. Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
  9. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  11. Manage the complete lifecycle of visa and work permit applications, extensions, and renewals for foreign employees and their dependents

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure clear and effective communication to address concerns and maintain project support.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Recourse Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experiences in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  3. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  4. Experience in Recruitment & Onboarding, HR communication, employee engagement, or training & development is preferred.
  5. Proficient in HR software and data analysis to generate insights and drive process improvements.
  6. Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  7. Knowledge in Recruitment & Onboarding, HR communication, employee engagement, or training & development is preferred.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
  9. Good communication skills (Thai and English).
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  11. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
