Responsibilities:
Training & Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with managers to determine organizational training requirements.
- Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) and identify gaps in employee skills.
- Track employee training records, maintain training facilities, and manage the assigned department budget.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
- Maintain training records and provide regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with the department development skill of Thailand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training.
- Support the implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
General HR and Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide support to the leadership team and other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR support and services delivery.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address HR-Related challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of visa and work permit applications, extensions, and renewals for foreign employees and their dependents
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and effective communication to address concerns and maintain project support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Recourse Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in Recruitment & Onboarding, HR communication, employee engagement, or training & development is preferred.
- Proficient in HR software and data analysis to generate insights and drive process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Knowledge in Recruitment & Onboarding, HR communication, employee engagement, or training & development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
- Good communication skills (Thai and English).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
