Introduction:

Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage all aspects of partner activations, including creative submissions, business review, event activations, media placements, promotional executions and recaps
• Assist in developing presentation and materials for marketing partner business reviews
• Assist in onboarding new partners on the NBA business, business review process and guidelines, ticket and footage request procedures, photo access and downloads, etc.
• Assist to ensure CRM processes, including prospect list and account profiles, are current for all partners
• Assist in Business Development research, outreach and sales efforts
• Support various departmental tasks such as accounts receivable/payable invoicing, ticket requests, event hospitality management
• Be able take on ad hoc projects as needed
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to process due diligence for various partners and entities

Requirements:

• Good understanding and interest in sports and entertainment sponsorship including promotions, events, media and marketing preferably within a client/service-based agency or sports property experience
• Client management, project management and end- to-end event planning and execution skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally, sometimes within tight deadlines
• Support the management and cultivation of business relationships
• Experience working with the Asian market a plus
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
