Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Interior Design Company (MNC) is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of finance and accounting processes, reporting frameworks, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data visibility across entities.
2. Participate in system enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, workflow mapping, user acceptance testing, and validation to ensure alignment with operational needs.
3. Contribute to the documentation of policies, workflows, and system procedures to support governance and sustainable digital adoption.
4. Monitor implementation outcomes and gather user feedback to recommend refinements and support continuous improvement.
5. Assist in month-end and periodic closing processes, including preparation of financial schedules and reporting outputs as required.
6. Support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements across entities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification).
3. Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.
4. 3 years of relevant experience, including audit experience in CPA, and commercial field.
5. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
6. Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Proficient in working with accounting systems and digital tools.
8. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
