Introduction:

Our client, a well-established MNC as well as the leader of it's industry is currently in search of a Finance Manager to join the team

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage the daily finance operations
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting process
• Budget and forecast review to align with business strategy
• Lead initiatives in driving product margin improvement and reducing bad debts by improving inventory turns
• Support Management team in M&A evaluation and business development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies, guidelines and regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary & ensure full statutory, accounting, tax & legal compliance

Requirements:

• Qualified member of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CFA or a similar qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in at a sizable MNC. Big 4 experience would be an advantage
• Strong commercial, business acumen and communication skills
• Proactive, Self-motivated, independent and able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point. Microsoft Dynamics AX and Hyperion
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Proficient in IFRS, local taxation regulations, corporate tax reporting standards, HK Labour laws and regulations
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional traveling is required
