Introduction:

My client, an international freight forwarding one-stop service provider specializing in the worldwide secure shipping of jewellery and luxury goods, providing value-added services for the logistics management and they are looking for a Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with APAC regional offices on:-
• Oversee the financial accounting operation
• Prepare and implement financial reports and analysis at Group level
• Assist in financial operation and conduct internal control in accordance with corporate policy
• Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control and insightful analytics on operation review to achieve financial and operational objectives with efficiency and consistency through the process
• Liaise with auditors in connection with annual audit process
• Lead subordinates to ensure smooth daily operation
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation such as CPA or at equivalent
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry 
• Experience in internal controls and audit is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Strong communication skills to cooperate with all levels of the organization and interface with cross-functional people in the group
• A good team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel when required
